SeedForge attributes each visit to the link it came through. Each investor gets their own specific link, so a visit on that link points to the person you sent it to. If the visitor gives an email, you see that too.
How attribution works:
Every investor gets their own link. Your outreach campaign creates a unique link per contact. Links you create yourself are tracked separately too.
An email is asked for only if you require it. A link asks for an email only if you turn on Require email to view for it, which is off by default. Visitors who give no email show as Anonymous visitor.
SeedForge ties the visit to the link, plus the email when there is one. Profile views are always free.
The results live in the Visitors log on Profile & Proof > Share your Profile. Each row shows the visitor (their email, or Anonymous visitor), the link used, visits, the last visit, total time, and how deep they read, for example Quick scan, Summary, or Engaged. The All links menu narrows the log to a single link.
An email shows exactly as typed. A working fund email usually identifies the firm. Outreach campaign links are created for a specific contact, so SeedForge knows those viewers from the link itself.
Note: each visit shows in the visitors log, while reading behaviour feeds the anonymised intelligence on Investor's Feedback, which unlocks after 3+ investors have spent time on your profile.
Your own visits are excluded automatically. If you open one of your investor links and enter an email different from your SeedForge login email, that visit can be counted.

Can an investor view my profile anonymously?
Yes, unless you turn on Require email to view for that link. Every visit is still tied to the link it came through, and visitors without an email show as Anonymous visitor.
Does SeedForge turn the email into an investor name?
