What counts as a charge?

  • A warm intro counts when a founder backed by your target investor clearly offers to introduce you, or when an investor offers to introduce you to another investor.
  • Someone at SeedForge reviews and confirms each call or intro before any charge.
  • General interest, such as “let’s talk next week”, and a friendly reply without a clear offer are never charged.
