Deleting an account or a startup is handled by an administrator, so it starts with one email. Everything else on this page you can do yourself, right now.
Do it yourself first
Most people asking about deletion want one of these three, and none of them needs an account removed.
Remove a document. Open Profile & Proof > SeedForge Profile, choose Edit your profile, use Remove beside the file, then Save changes. The earlier analysis of that document stays in your results.
Cut off a shared link. Open Profile & Proof > Who can see your profile and switch that link off. Anyone holding it loses access straight away, and the rest of your account is untouched.
Go back into stealth. Open Startup settings > General and turn stealth back on. Your startup stops being visible to investors browsing SeedForge, and nothing is deleted.
Stop sending. Open Outreach, then Investor campaign and Warm intro campaign, and choose Pause on each one you are running.
If you do want the account or startup deleted
Email support@seedforge.com from your sign-in address, and put everything in that one message:
What you want removed. Your personal account, a startup, or both. Name the startup or fund. If you use several workspaces, list the ones the request covers.
Who still needs access. A shared workspace can stay available to its other members after your account goes, so name anyone who should keep it.
Money and campaigns. Mention an unused wallet balance, a running campaign or a charge you dispute. Deletion and returning unused money are separate steps, so raising both at once saves a second exchange.
Note: A deletion request does not pause anything by itself. If you want sending to stop while it is handled, pause your campaigns yourself using the steps above.
Quick answers
Can I delete just my startup?
Yes. Startup deletion and personal account deletion are separate. Name the startup and say you want to keep your account.
Do I have to delete anything to stop investors seeing my startup?
No. Turn stealth back on in Startup settings > General, or switch off the individual profile links you shared. Both are instant and reversible.
What happens to a workspace my teammates use?
It can stay after your personal account is removed. Name who still needs access so nobody is locked out.
What about my wallet balance?
Raise it in the same email. Returning unused money is a separate step from deletion.
