Which languages does the AI Session support?
The AI Session is available in English only, and the written report is always in English. Accented English works fine; slow down and articulate.

Can I redo the AI Session? What changes between sessions?
Yes. Start a new AI Session anytime from Profile & Proof > AI Session. First AI Session is free. After that, sessions are $25 each. New results replace old ones.

How do I prepare for the AI Session?
Block 30 uninterrupted minutes in a quiet room, check your mic and camera, and have your key numbers ready. Your deck loads automatically.

What file formats work for deck upload, and how does deck feedback work?
Deck upload accepts PDF files only, up to 50MB. Your first deck gets free feedback in up to 10 minutes; a new deck is scored when you click Refresh feedback.

Why did my score change, or stay the same after I uploaded new information?
Check whether you ran feedback on your new deck, whether that run finished, and its result date before comparing scores or reporting an unexplained change.
